LinaresCBWIN italics missing in InDesign

An RTF file using the fonts Linares CBWIN regular, bold and italics was "placed" in Adobe's InDesign DTP program.
It reported that the Linares CBWIN italic font was missing.
There is no separate italics font for Linares CBWIN!
How can I get InDesign to show Linares CBWIN italics exactly like the RTF file?
